Distinctive characteristics of this form:

schedule number is located in CASH REGISTER OR STAMPS area;
schedule number incorporates year but no month;
two lines at base;
the main distinctions between the two varieties are:
13A: schedule number incorporates "Sch";
13B: schedule number changed to incorporate "O/N" instead of "Sch".

Printed in 1968.	AA-TO-13A. Unused transmission form. Characteristics: Form number changed to T.X. 41; heading printed in medium blue. There were also two printings in 1970 and both have the same format as the 1968 form shown at left.
Printed in 1968 (Sch 5525 - 68).	AA-TO-13A. Transmission form used at Pyrmont N.S.W. on 29 February 1972. Has a franking of seven different issues to pay the 48c telegram charges.
Printed in 1970 (schedule number C6000-70).	AA-TO-13A. Transmission form used at Pyrmont N.S.W. on 12 December 1974. Characteristics as described above. This example of the 1970 printing is franked on the front with a pair of 7c UPU commemoratives and on the reverse side with a block of 50 2c Fiddler Crab definitives.

This example of the second 1970 printing is franked on the front with seven 4c red QE2 and on the reverse side with a block of 50 1c Banded Coral Shrimp definitives.

Printed in 1971.	AA-TO-13B. Used transmission form (O/N C4207/71-L). Gladesville N.S.W. on 31 December 1975 - late usage. Has $1.20 franking to pay part of the $1.62 charge on the front with the balance on the reverse (see below).

The balance of the $1.62 charge has been paid with various strips, pairs and singles of the 5c Golden Wattle coil stamp and the 1c Banded Coral Shrimp.
Printed in 1972 (O/N C42581/72).	AA-TO-13B. Used transmission form (O/N C42581/72-L). Garden Island N.S.W. to Brunswick Heads on 20 August 1975. Has $1.20 franking paid with stamps affixed to reverse side.
Reverse side of the above form (schedule number O/N C42481/72).	AA-TO-13B. Reverse side of the above transmission form used at Garden Island on 20 August 1975. The balance of the $1.20 charge has been paid with two strips of 5 and a block of 30 of the 3c Coral Crab.
Printed in 1973.	AA-TO-13B. Transmission form used for a message from Caulfield to Tongala, Vic (21 April 1977). Has additional franking of four 1977 Parliament House 18c stamps on reverse. Characteristics: "Sch" in schedule number replaced by O/N; font used for the schedule number is slightly smaller; heading printed in medium blue and paper is a deeper shade of yellow. There are minor format differences from the 1968 form in terms of the positioning of the schedule number slightly to the right in the 1970s forms as well as "Please use ..." is slightly to the left.
